A quick and healthy beef and broccoli stir fry with a flavorful sauce, perfect for a weeknight meal.

Ingredients

For the Stir Fry Sauce

  • 1/2cup

For the Stir Fry

How to make Healthy Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Prepare the Stir Fry Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, mix the warm water and cornstarch until the cornstarch dissolves.

  2. Add the soy sauce and brown sugar, stirring until well combined. Set aside.

Cook the Beef

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the beef strips and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and just cooked through.

  3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.

Sauté Aromatics and Broccoli

  1. In the same skillet, add a bit more oil if needed.

  2. Sauté the ginger, garlic, and green chili for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until they start to soften but remain bright green.

Combine Beef and Sauce

  1. Return the beef to the skillet, then pour the stir fry sauce over the beef and broccoli.
