Chocolate Chip Cookies with Pistachio Cream Inside

Ingredients
- 200gunsalted butter
- 180glight brown sugar
- 80gcaster sugar
- 1egg
- 450gplain flour
- 1tspbaking powder
- pinchof salt
- 200gchocolate chips
- 100gchopped pistachio
- 100gpistachio cream
How to make Chocolate Chip Cookies with Pistachio Cream Inside
Take soft, room-temperature butter and mix it with brown sugar and caster sugar on low speed for 2-3 minutes
Add 1 egg and mix for another 2-3 minutes on low speed
Add flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix for another 2-3 minutes
Add chocolate chips and pistachios, and mix for another 1-2 minutes
Portion your cookie dough. Each cookie should weigh 150 g
Shape each portion into a small bowl-like shape and add a teaspoon of pistachio cream to the center
Carefully close the dough around the cream, ensuring it is sealed inside
Repeat this process with all your cookie portions
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
Let the cookies cool for at least 10 minutes
