    plain yogurt
  • 1/2cup
    milk
  • 1/4cup
    fresh fruit
  • 1tbsp
    honey or sugar
  • 1/2tsp
    cardamom powder
  • 1/4tsp
    rose water or vanilla extract
  • ice cubes
  • pinch
    saffron strands
  • chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
  • fresh mint leaves

How to make Fusion Lassi

Prepare the Fruit Base

  1. Blend the fresh fruit in a blender until it forms a smooth puree. Set aside.

Make the Lassi

  1. In a separate blender, add the chilled yogurt, milk, cardamom powder, and honey or sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the Fusion Element

  1. Pour the fruit puree into the yogurt mixture and blend again to combine. Add rose water or vanilla extract for a unique flavor twist.

Cool it Down
