Sundays and chili were made for each other, but this recipe is so easy you can make it any night of the week! This one-pot, easy and healthy white chicken chili was a huge hit with everyone in the house. The best part is all the ingredients were ready-made, and I could just add them to the pot. You should definitely add this to your dinner rotation.
