- 2tbspAll-Purpose Flour

- 1 1/3cupsParmesan Cheese

How to make Kimchi Bacon Mac and Cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions and drain well.
Cooking
Pan-fry the bacon and cut into small pieces. Set aside.
Add oil to the hot pan, cook the kimchi for a minute, then add in bacon.
Add in all-purpose flour and cook for a minute, then gradually add in milk, stirring well.
Bring it to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low heat and cook for 5 minutes.
Season with chicken bouillon powder, salt, and ground black pepper.
Add in cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese, cook until cheese is melted.
Add in macaroni and mix well.
Baking
Transfer the macaroni into a baking tin, sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
Tips & Tricks
For extra flavor, use smoked bacon.
Adjust the amount of kimchi based on your spice preference.
