How to make Grilled Hake

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the seasoning by combining all the dry spices and oil in a bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Make a small incision on the hake from top to bottom. Just not all the way down.

  3. Step 3

    Brush the hake with the paste we made earlier, both inside and out.

  4. Step 4

    Place the hake in an airtight container and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

  5. Step 5

    Place it onto a greased oven tray and grill it for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
