How to make Cheesecake

Prepare the Crust

    Preheat the oven to 356°F (180°C).

    Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl.

    Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

    Place the cake tin on a baking tray filled with water. Bake in a preheated oven for 50 minutes.

    After an hour, open the oven door like this and let the cheesecake sit for an hour.

  5. Step 5

    After an hour, detach the springform from the cake and let it cool down a bit more.

  6. Step 6

    When the cake is completely cooled down, place it into the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

Prepare the Syrup

    Melt the butter in a pan on medium-low heat.

  2. Step 2

    Add in the jam and sugar.

  3. Step 3

    Whisk everything and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Let it cool down completely before using.

Decorating the Cake

    Clean up all the fruits you are going to use. Cut the strawberries in half.

  2. Step 2

    Spread the syrup on the cake. It will ensure the fruits stick.
