Ingredients for CHEESE MASALA MAGGI
- 1tspcumin seeds
- 1tbspoil
- 1chopped onion
- 1chopped tomato
- 1/2chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4cupth green peas
- 1tspturmeric powder
- 1tspRed chilli powder
- 1tspgaram masala
- 1cupwater
- Salt to taste
- 1packet of maggi
- 1tbsptomato ketchup
- Cheese as required
How to make Cheese Masala Maggi
To cook Cheese Masala Maggi
Heat oil and add cumin seeds.
Once it flutters add onion and fry till it turns translucent . Then add capsicum tomato & green peas
Once the veggies softens a bit add the masalas mentioned above and add 1 cup water.
Allow it to boil and add the noodles with taste maker
Cook for 2-3 min.
Grated some cheese and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
Before adding noodles see to it that the broth is well boiled.
Add Cheese and immediately switch off the flame. Cover and let the aroma of tastemaker mix with the grated cheese.
See to it that water is sufficient so that maggi doesn't get hard to eat.
