A quick and healthy sandwich when you have no time or on ur weightloss journey
Ingredients
For base
- 1cucumber
- 1onion
- 1tomato
- 50gpaneer
- 4bread slices ( multigrain)
- salt as per taste
- black pepper powder as per taste
- 1tspghee
- 2tbspGreen chutney
How to make Vegetable sandwich
Let’s prepare
Take all vegetables and wash them thoroughly
Now cut them into halves
Remove the tomato pulp
Cut all the vegetables equally using a chopper
Shift all veggies in a bowl and mix them
Add salt and pepper or any seasoning of your choice
Apply mint chutney on all bread slices
Add vegetable stuffing ok two slices and cover both with other two slices
Take a griller and grease with ghee
Put the stuffed bread slices and apply ghee on the top too
Close the lid and let it grill
Cut into triangles or rectangle and serve hot
