A quick and healthy sandwich when you have no time or on ur weightloss journey

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 sandwich )

For base

  • 1
    cucumber
  • 1
    onion
  • 1
    tomato
  • 50g
    paneer
  • 4
    bread slices ( multigrain)
  • salt as per taste
  • black pepper powder as per taste
  • 1tsp
    ghee
  • 2tbsp
    Green chutney

Method

Let’s prepare

  1. Take all vegetables and wash them thoroughly

  2. Now cut them into halves

  3. Remove the tomato pulp

  4. Cut all the vegetables equally using a chopper

  5. Shift all veggies in a bowl and mix them

  6. Add salt and pepper or any seasoning of your choice

  7. Apply mint chutney on all bread slices

  8. Add vegetable stuffing ok two slices and cover both with other two slices

  9. Take a griller and grease with ghee

  10. Put the stuffed bread slices and apply ghee on the top too

  11. Close the lid and let it grill

  12. Cut into triangles or rectangle and serve hot

  1. Use ghee instead of butter when u r on weightloss journey
