How to make Oil-Free Moong Daal Dosa with Paneer stuffing

Prepare Dosa Batter

  1. Step 1

    Put soaked moong daal, ginger, chilli, and salt in a mixer jar and grind it to a smooth batter.

Prepare Paneer Bhurji Filling

  1. Step 1

    In a pan, add diced onion, tomato, and capsicum. Sauté while adding salt and pepper until the vegetables are soft.( No oil)

    Add crumbled paneer to the sautéed vegetables and mix well.

    Pour the moong daal batter on a non-stick greased tawa and cook from both sides until golden brown.
