Ingredients

1 Servings
(1 serving = Bowl )

For base

  • 1cup
    makhana
  • 1/2cup
    peanuts
  • 1tsp
    Desi ghee
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2cup
    curd
  • 1/2tsp
    sugar
  • 1/2tsp
    roasted jeera powder
  • 1/2
    black pepper powder
  • 1/4cup
    cucumber
  • 1/4cup
    tomato
  • 2tbsp
    coriander leaves
  • 2tbsp
    Pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2tsp
    imli date chutney
  • 1/2
    pudina chutney
  • 1/2tsp
    roasted cashew

Method

Let’s prepare

  1. In a pan add desi ghee followed by makhana and peanut

  2. Roast it till it becomes crunchy

  3. In a bowl ,add curd with salt, pepper powder,roasted jeera powder and sugar

  4. Give it a good mix

  5. Add makhana and peanut into the curd

  6. Add vegetables like cucumber ,tomato and dhaniya

  7. Add chutneys of your choice

  8. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and some more coriander leaves

  9. Add some salted roasted cashew for extra crunch
