Sponge Dough
- 190gwarm water
- 1 1/4tspdry yeast
- 95gall-purpose flour
Main Dough
- 185gbread flour
- 1/2tspsalt
- 4tbsphoney
- 4tspcorn oil
- 4tspsesame seed
- 2tsppoppy seed
- 3tbspsunflower seed
How to make Whole Grain Bread
Combine all the sponge dough ingredients together and let it stand for 10 minutes.
Add the main dough ingredients to the sponge dough and beat for 10 minutes using a dough hook.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour, then shape it into a long roll.
Allow the dough to ferment again until it doubles in size.
Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.

Ensure the water is warm, not hot, to activate the yeast properly.
For a more robust flavor, consider toasting the seeds lightly before adding them to the dough.
