    cooked turkey, cut into small pieces
  • 150g
    seedless green grapes
  • 150g
    seedless red grapes

Dressing

    egg yolks
  • 1tsp
    crushed basil leaves
  • 1mL
    salt
  • 1mL
    pepper
  • 1tsp
    Dijon mustard
  • 4tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 5tbsp
    parmesan cheese

Garnish

  • 8
    lettuce leaves
  • a few grapes

How to make Country Turkey & Grape Salad

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the salad ingredients.

  2. In a food blender or processor, combine all dressing ingredients except the oil, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese. Blend until thoroughly combined.

  3. Turn the blender to low speed and add the oil, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese until slightly thickened.
