How to make Ande Ka Fanda

  1. Step 1

    First of all, grease a bowl. Break an egg in it.

    Mix in chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves, salt, and chili powder.

    Crack another egg over it.

    Place the bowl in a deep pan half-filled with water. Cover the pan with the lid and let the egg cook for 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
