Frozen tuna steaks marinated in a zesty mixture and grilled to perfection, served with a refreshing avocado, cucumber, and tomato salad.
Ingredients
2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 tuna steak with salad)
Marinade
- 2tbspolive oil
- 1fresh lime, juiced
- 2tbspfresh coriander, chopped
- 1pinchsalt
- 1pinchblack pepper

- 2frozen tuna steaks
Salad
- 1avocado, diced
- 1cucumber, diced
- 2tomatoes, diced
How to make Grilled Tuna Steaks with Avocado, Cucumber & Tomato Salad
Marinating the Tuna
Combine olive oil, lime juice, coriander, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Place the tuna steaks in the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.
Grilling the Tuna
Preheat the grill.
Grill the marinated tuna steaks for 3 minutes on each side.
Preparing the Salad
In a bowl, combine diced avocado, cucumber, and tomatoes.
Toss the salad gently to mix.
Serving
Serve the grilled tuna steaks with the avocado, cucumber, and tomato salad on the side.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the grill is hot before placing the tuna steaks to achieve a nice sear.
You can add a dash of lime juice to the salad for extra freshness.
