Frozen tuna steaks marinated in a zesty mixture and grilled to perfection, served with a refreshing avocado, cucumber, and tomato salad.

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 tuna steak with salad)

Marinade

  • 2tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    fresh lime, juiced
  • 2tbsp
    fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1pinch
    salt
  • 1pinch
    black pepper

Salad

  • 1
    avocado, diced
  • 1
    cucumber, diced
  • 2
    tomatoes, diced

How to make Grilled Tuna Steaks with Avocado, Cucumber & Tomato Salad

Marinating the Tuna

  1. Combine olive oil, lime juice, coriander, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

  2. Place the tuna steaks in the marinade and let them sit for 15 minutes.

  1. Preheat the grill.
