Main Ingredients
- 600gsmall potatoes
- 3tbspvegetable oil
- 3cloves garlic
- 1spring onion
- 1tbspchili flakes
- 2tbsplight soy sauce
- 2tbspdark soy sauce
- 1tbspsugar
- 1tspsesame oil
- 2tbspketchup
Garnish
- 1sprigcoriander
- 1tbspsesame seeds
How to make Garlic Chili Potatoes
Preparation
Cut the small potatoes in half.
Pre-cook the halved potatoes for 10 minutes.
Cooking
Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
Add the pre-cooked potatoes, garlic, spring onion, chili flakes, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and ketchup.
Mix all the ingredients well and cook until the potatoes are coated and cooked through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander before serving.
