Main Ingredients

  • 600g
    small potatoes
  • 3tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 3
    cloves garlic
  • 1
    spring onion
  • 1tbsp
    chili flakes
  • 2tbsp
    light soy sauce
  • 2tbsp
    dark soy sauce
  • 1tbsp
    sugar
  • 1tsp
    sesame oil
  • 2tbsp
    ketchup

Garnish

  • 1sprig
    coriander
  • 1tbsp
    sesame seeds

How to make Garlic Chili Potatoes

Preparation

  1. Cut the small potatoes in half.

  2. Pre-cook the halved potatoes for 10 minutes.

Cooking

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

  2. Add the pre-cooked potatoes, garlic, spring onion, chili flakes, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and ketchup.

  3. Mix all the ingredients well and cook until the potatoes are coated and cooked through.

  4. Garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander before serving.
