Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a cylindrical kebab around a skewer or a thick wooden stick.
Preheat a grill or an oven to 180°C. Place the kebabs on a greased baking tray or grill rack and brush them with some oil.
Grill the kebabs for 15-20 minutes, turning them occasionally and brushing with more oil, until they are evenly cooked and golden brown.
Serve the Veg Seekh Kebabs hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the mixture is smooth and well-blended to help the kebabs hold their shape.
You can also cook the kebabs on a stovetop grill pan if you do not have an oven or grill.
