How to make Oven-Roasted Tofu with Spanish Paprika and Parsley

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Cut the tofu into cubes.

  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, Spanish paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  4. Toss the tofu cubes in the mixture until well coated.
