Ingredients
- 3pieceripe bananas (mashed)
- 1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1/2cupsugar (granulated or brown)
- 1 1/2tspbaking powder
- 1/2tspbaking soda
- 1/4tspsalt
- 1/4cupbutter or oil (melted)
- 1/4cupmilk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1tspvanilla extract
- 1/2cupchopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruit (optional)
How to make (No oven No problem) Banana Bread (Eggless)
Prepare Ingredients
In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Mix in the melted butter or oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix Batter
