Perhaps one of the simplest and easiest dry barfi recipes made with peanuts, fox nuts, dried coconut, sesame seeds, ghee, jaggery, and gond crystals. It is typically made and served in the winter season but can also be enjoyed across the seasons for good bone health and skin. Traditionally made with basic ingredients like wheat, jaggery, and ghee, this recipe has evolved to include additional toppings like dry fruits and gond.
