  • 1tbsp
    butter
  • 1tsp
    green chutney
  • 1tsp
    red chutney
  • 1clove
    garlic, minced

    salt

    black pepper

How to make Desi Cheese Grill Sandwich

Preparation

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

  2. On the unbuttered side, spread green chutney on one slice and red chutney on another.

  3. Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and black pepper over the chutneys.

  4. Add a generous amount of grated cheese on top of the chutneys.

  5. Top with the other slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
