This peanut butter cake is soft, moist and full of peanut butter flavour. It is very easy to make, you don't even need an electric mixer. Choice of creamy or chunky peanut butter is totally upto you. I am making it with smooth peanut butter.

- 1/2cupsugar
- 1Egg
- 1/2cupall purpose flour
- 1/2tspbaking powder
- 1/4cupmilk
How to make Soft and moist Peanut butter cake
How to make cake
1. Microwave butter and peanut butter for 30 seconds.
2. Add sugar and mix well.
3. Add egg and mix.
4.Sieve all purpose flour and baking powder together in wet mixture.
5. Add milk and mix.
6.Shift to a greased 7" mold and bake for 40 minutes at 170°C.
