How to make Butter Garlic Prawn Noodle Bowl
Boiling noodles
- Step 1
First of all, boil water , add salt and oil. Drp noodles gently and cook for 5 min. Drain and rinse with cold water. This Stops cooking and removes extra starch (especially for stir-fry or cold dishes). Drain again. Keep aside.
Marinating and cooking prawns
- Step 1
Marinate cleaned prawns with egg , salt, chilli flakes and garlic powder for 10 min.
- Step 2
In a pan , heat butter and add marinated prawns one by one. Cook each side for 2-3 min. Keep the leftover marination aside. Don't throw away.
- Step 3
Garnish with some spring onions . Let's make vegetable egg noodles
Vegetable Egg noodles
- Step 1
In a wok or pan , heat oil pour the leftover marination and make an omelette .
- Step 2
In the same pan , heat oil , toss the mix veggies. I used carrots, capsicum and cabbage. Saute a min.
- Step 3
Add soya sauce , noodles, salt and pinch of black pepper powder. Mix well. Noodles are ready.
- Step 4
Assemble the bowl by placing omelette over noodles and butter garlic prawns fry by the side.
