How to make Vrat Ki Thali (Upvas Special)

Sabudana Khichdi

    Soak sabudana for 5–6 hours or overnight.

    Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds and green chilli.

  3. Step 3

    Add boiled potato cubes and rock salt, mixing well.

  4. Step 4

    Gently mix in the soaked sabudana and cook until it turns translucent. Add crushed peanuts and sauté briefly.

  5. Step 5

    Finish with lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander.
