When you are on a busy schedule or on your weight loss journey , this Omlette is a saviour

Ingredients

1 Servings
(1 serving = 1 omlette)

For base

  • 2
    Eggs
  • 4tbsp
    Spinach
  • 3tbsp
    mushroom
  • salt as per taste
  • back pepper as per taste
  • seasonings as per taste
  • 1
    non stick pan

Method

Let’s prepare

  1. Take a non stick pan and add chopped spinach in it

  2. Sauté it till all water dried up

  3. In the same pan add mushroom along with a pinch of salt

  4. Cover it and let all the water dried up

  5. Take a bowl and add two eggs

  6. Add sautéd spinach in eggs

  7. Add salt and pepper and mix it well

  8. Take the same pan and pour the mixture

  9. Cover it and let it cook on slow flame

  10. Once it’s cooked flip it and cook from another side

  11. Now again flip it in put your stuffing on it along with your favourite seasoning

  12. Turn it into half and serve hot

Tips & Tricks

  1. Use only non stick tawa so that it comes out well even without oil or butter
