Spinach mushroom butter less Omlette

Ingredients
For base
- 2Eggs
- 4tbspSpinach
- 3tbspmushroom
- salt as per taste
- back pepper as per taste
- seasonings as per taste
- 1non stick pan
How to make Spinach mushroom butter less Omlette
Let’s prepare
Take a non stick pan and add chopped spinach in it
Sauté it till all water dried up
In the same pan add mushroom along with a pinch of salt
Cover it and let all the water dried up
Take a bowl and add two eggs
Add sautéd spinach in eggs
Add salt and pepper and mix it well
Take the same pan and pour the mixture
Cover it and let it cook on slow flame
Once it’s cooked flip it and cook from another side
Now again flip it in put your stuffing on it along with your favourite seasoning
Turn it into half and serve hot
Tips & Tricks
Use only non stick tawa so that it comes out well even without oil or butter
