How to make Ewa Agoyin

  1. Step 1

    Soak dried peppers in hot water overnight or for 6 hours.

  2. Step 2

    Blend peppers, onions, ginger, and Cameroon pepper coarsely.

  3. Step 3

    Boil beans until soft, add a pinch of salt and mash with a hand mixer or masher

  4. Step 4

    Bleach palm oil for 10-12 minutes, then fry sliced onions until caramelized.

  5. Step 5

    Add blended pepper mix, crayfish, seasoning, and salt. Fry for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.you will get a black color but not burnt sauce.

  6. Step 6

    Turn off the heat . Serve Ewa Agoyin with Agege Bread and plantain preferably
