  1. Step 1

    Ginger, garlics, green chillies, pudina leaves, coriander leaves are made into paste.

  2. Step 2

    Take a cooker add oil/Ghee after that add cinnamon,cloves, Cordamum,garlics, Cashews, onion,pulav leaves add previously prepared paste and fry it. After frying add jeera rice and water after that add pinch of salt and mix it and close the lid. After 2 Whistle the plain yummy Ghee rice is ready to taste.
