Plain Ghee rice is yummy & very tasty simple recipe. It is good combination with chicken chili, mix vegetable curry. Once you taste and try this delicious recipe after that you never like other.

Prepare paste

  • Ginger
  • Garlics
  • Green chilli
  • Pudina leaves
  • Coriander leaves
  • Onion
  • Cashews
  • Cinnamon
  • Cordamum
  • Cloves
  • Jeera rice
  • Ghee or oil
  • Water
  • Pulav leaves
  • Salt

How to make Plain Ghee rice

  1. Ginger, garlics, green chillies, pudina leaves, coriander leaves are made into paste.

  2. Take a cooker add oil/Ghee after that add cinnamon,cloves, Cordamum,garlics, Cashews, onion,pulav leaves add previously prepared paste and fry it. After frying add jeera rice and water after that add pinch of salt and mix it and close the lid. After 2 Whistle the plain yummy Ghee rice is ready to taste.
