Dan Dan Noodles with Paneer and Pork Belly

- 2pack Noodies noodles
- 1cupshredded paneer
- 1cupleftover pork belly cubes
- 1tbsphoney
- 1tbspsoy sauce
- 1tspchili flakes
How to make Dan Dan Noodles with Paneer and Pork Belly
Cooking Instructions
Boil the Noodies noodles according to package instructions. Reserve a splash of the cooking water before draining.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Add veggies you like. Then add the shredded paneer and toast until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the pork belly cubes. Drizzle with honey and soy sauce, then sprinkle chili flakes on top. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the pork is caramelized and glazed.
Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the pork belly. Pour in the reserved noodle water to create a light sauce, stirring to coat.
Gently mix in the toasted paneer. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks
For extra flavor, add a dash of sesame oil to the noodles before serving.
