A quick and flavorful dish combining noodles, paneer, and pork belly with a hint of spice.

    pack Noodies noodles
  • 1cup
    shredded paneer
  • 1cup
    leftover pork belly cubes
  • 1tbsp
    honey
  • 1tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1tsp
    chili flakes

How to make Dan Dan Noodles with Paneer and Pork Belly

Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil the Noodies noodles according to package instructions. Reserve a splash of the cooking water before draining.

  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of oil. Add veggies you like. Then add the shredded paneer and toast until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, add the pork belly cubes. Drizzle with honey and soy sauce, then sprinkle chili flakes on top. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes until the pork is caramelized and glazed.

  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the pork belly. Pour in the reserved noodle water to create a light sauce, stirring to coat.

  5. Gently mix in the toasted paneer. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Tips & Tricks

  1. For extra flavor, add a dash of sesame oil to the noodles before serving.
