Ingredients
10 Servings
Kulfi Mix
- 750mLFull-Cream Milk
- 400mLCondensed Milk
- 10Almonds
- 15Pistachios
- 1tbspRose Syrup
Method
FULL RECIPE
Take a Non-Stick pan and cook your condensed Milk for 10mins on low-Flame
Boil your full-cream milk and mix it with condensed Milk
Stir and cook it for 10min on low flame
Add your Dry-Fruits and Rose Syrup to to mixture
Transfer the mix into in moulds and freeze it for 24hours
Tips & Tricks
For easily separation of Kulfi from the mould...you should let it sit in water for few mins
