It's Summertime!!!!....Why not make a indian Icecream at home in just 15mins

Ingredients

10 Servings

Kulfi Mix

  • 750mL
    Full-Cream Milk
  • 400mL
    Condensed Milk
  • 10
    Almonds
  • 15
    Pistachios
  • 1tbsp
    Rose Syrup

Method

FULL RECIPE

  1. Take a Non-Stick pan and cook your condensed Milk for 10mins on low-Flame

  2. Boil your full-cream milk and mix it with condensed Milk

  3. Stir and cook it for 10min on low flame

  4. Add your Dry-Fruits and Rose Syrup to to mixture

  5. Transfer the mix into in moulds and freeze it for 24hours

Tips & Tricks

  1. For easily separation of Kulfi from the mould...you should let it sit in water for few mins
