How to make Garlic Spread

  1. Step 1

    Place the head of garlic on a sheet of aluminum foil, drizzle with olive oil, and wrap tightly. Place it on a baking tray.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.

    Open the aluminum foil, remove the head of garlic, separate the cloves, and press them to remove the skins.
