How to make BBQ Pulled Pork Tostadas

BBQ Pulled Pork

  1. Season the country style ribs with salt, pepper, and oregano.

  2. Place the ribs, onion, turkey Demi, BBQ sauce, water, and bay leaf in a slow cooker.

  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until the pork is tender and can be easily shredded.

  4. Shred the pork and mix it with the cooking juices.

  5. Crisp up the shredded pork in the pan. Set it aside.

Avocado Crema

  1. Add avocado, sour cream, cilantro, garlic, habanero, and lime juice to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasonings to taste.

Roasted Habanero Salsa

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Roast tomatoes, garlic, and onion for 25-30 minutes until charred.

  3. Add roasted ingredients to a blender with lime juice and blend until smooth.

Prepare the Tostadas
