A super delicious vegetarian mushroom galouti kabab served with green chutney and spiced onion.
Ingredients
4 Servings
(1 serving = 2-3 kababs)
Kabab Ingredients
- 400gMushroom (grinded to a smooth paste)
- 1pieceOnion (sliced)
- 10pieceCashew
- 5cloveGarlic
- 1tspKashmiri lal mirch
- 1tspBlack pepper powder
- 1/2tspGaram masala
- 1tbspFresh coriander leaves
- 1/2cupBesan (roasted)
- 2tbspGhee/butter
- Salt (as per taste)
How to make Mushroom Galouti Kabab with Green Chutney and Spiced Onion
Prepare Onion-Cashew Paste
Fry the onion, cashew, and garlic until golden brown. Let it cool, then grind to make a fine paste.
Prepare Kabab Mixture
Take 1 tbsp of ghee or butter and add the mushroom paste and onion-cashew paste. Fry for a minute.
Add all the spices, fresh coriander, and roasted besan. Mix well and let it cool.
Shape and Cook Kababs
Shape the mixture into desired kabab shapes.
Shallow fry the kababs in 1 tbsp of ghee or butter until golden brown on both sides.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the mushroom paste is smooth for a better texture.
Adjust the spices according to your taste preference.
