Ingredients
- 1cupsweetened red beans
- 1cupsweetened white beans
- 1cupsweetened jackfruit
- 1cupsweetened banana
- 1cupsweetened coconut strips
- 1cupsweetened palm fruit
- 1cupshaved ice
- 4scoops ube ice cream
- 1cupevaporated milk
How to make Halo-halo Pinoy
In a tall glass, layer the sweetened red beans, white beans, jackfruit, banana, coconut strips, and palm fruit.
Add a generous amount of shaved ice on top of the layered ingredients.
Pour evaporated milk over the shaved ice.
Top with a scoop of ube ice cream.
Serve immediately and mix well before eating.
Tips & Tricks
You can add other sweetened fruits or ingredients like sweetened mung beans or nata de coco.
For a richer taste, you can use condensed milk instead of evaporated milk.
