  • 1cup
    sweetened red beans
  • 1cup
    sweetened white beans
  • 1cup
    sweetened jackfruit
  • 1cup
    sweetened banana
  • 1cup
    sweetened coconut strips
  • 1cup
    sweetened palm fruit
  • 1cup
    shaved ice
  • 4
    scoops ube ice cream
  • 1cup
    evaporated milk

How to make Halo-halo Pinoy

  1. In a tall glass, layer the sweetened red beans, white beans, jackfruit, banana, coconut strips, and palm fruit.

  2. Add a generous amount of shaved ice on top of the layered ingredients.

  3. Pour evaporated milk over the shaved ice.

  4. Top with a scoop of ube ice cream.

  5. Serve immediately and mix well before eating.

  1. You can add other sweetened fruits or ingredients like sweetened mung beans or nata de coco.
