How to make Yummy Acha Porridge with Beef and Vegetables

Preparation

  1. Wash the Acha five to six times until it is free of sand and stones. Set aside.

Cooking

  1. Blend peppers, onion, and garlic into a smooth mixture.

  2. In a pot, combine the washed meat or cow bones with the blended pepper mixture, seasoning cubes, and salt. Cook for 20 minutes, or until the meat is tender.
