Vegetable Noodles with Crayfish and Fish

Ingredients
- 5piecenoodle packs
- 1/4cupvegetable oil
- 1piecemedium onion
- 3piecered bell pepper
- 1piecegreen pepper
- 2pieceyellow pepper
- 4piecefresh tomatoes
- 1/2cupnon-grinded crayfish
- 1bundlegreen beans
- 1piecesmoked fish or sardines
How to make Vegetable Noodles with Crayfish and Fish
Wash and chop up your vegetables.
Wash your crayfish. Wash and remove the bones from your smoked fish. If using sardines, skip this step. Break the fish into chunks.
Place your pot on the stovetop and add vegetable oil. Allow it to heat up.
Add your vegetables and stir fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add your washed crayfish and fish, and fry for 3 minutes.
Break up your noodles into tiny pieces and add them to your fried veggies.
Add a little water, cover, and allow to cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
Add in your noodle seasonings, stir everything together, and allow the water to dry up.
Tips & Tricks
Add water little by little to avoid the meal being overcooked. If your using sardines please fry with sardines oil and don't add extra vegetables oil unless the oil in the sardines isn't enough
