    Cardamom powder

How to make No Oven No Maida Mango Cake

  1. Grind the suji and sugar into a fine powder, then sift it.

  2. Blend the mango and milk to make a smooth puree.

  3. Mix the suji-sugar powder with the mango-milk puree.

  4. Let the mixture rest for 1 hour.

  5. Preheat a kadhai or pressure cooker on medium heat for 10 minutes.

  6. Grease a baking tray with butter.
