How to make Mango Bread Dessert

  1. Step 1

Peel and cut the mango into pieces, then grind it into a puree.

  2. Step 2

Heat a pan and add the mango puree, 3 tbsp sugar, and water. Let it boil for 3 minutes, stirring continuously. When it starts bubbling, turn off the flame.

  3. Step 3

Mix the custard powder with a small amount of milk and set aside.

  4. Step 4

Boil the remaining milk. When the milk becomes hot, add the custard mix and stir continuously for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame and let it cool down completely.

  5. Step 5

To set the dessert, take a bowl and first add some custard milk. Then place a bread slice on the custard milk. Spread some mango puree over it, then place another bread slice on top. Again, spread some mango puree on the bread slice.

  6. Step 6

Pour the custard milk all over it. Garnish with some mango pieces.

  7. Step 7

Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
