How to make KFC Style Brown Gravy

  1. Step 1

    Boil water along with the chicken stock cube and beef stock cube.

  2. Step 2

    When it starts to boil vigorously, turn off the flame. The stock water is ready. Set aside.

  3. Step 3

    Heat a pan and add butter. When the butter melts, add all-purpose flour to the butter.

  4. Step 4

    Cook for 3 minutes on medium to low flame, stirring continuously.

  5. Step 5

    When the color slightly changes, add the stock water.

  6. Step 6

    Stir continuously to prevent lumps from forming.

  7. Step 7

    Add pepper powder and oregano seasoning, then mix well.

    Turn off the flame. The tasty KFC style brown gravy is ready to serve.
