  • 2tbsp
    butter
  • 2tbsp
    all-purpose flour
  • 1
    cube chicken stock
  • 1
    cube beef stock
  • 2 1/2cups
    water
  • 1tsp
    pepper powder
  • 1tsp
    oregano seasoning

How to make KFC Style Brown Gravy

  1. Boil water along with the chicken stock cube and beef stock cube.

  2. When it starts to boil vigorously, turn off the flame. The stock water is ready. Set aside.

  3. Heat a pan and add butter. When the butter melts, add all-purpose flour to the butter.

  4. Cook for 3 minutes on medium to low flame, stirring continuously.

  5. When the color slightly changes, add the stock water.

  6. Stir continuously to prevent lumps from forming.

  7. Add pepper powder and oregano seasoning, then mix well.

  8. Turn off the flame. The tasty KFC style brown gravy is ready to serve.
