A refreshing and healthy juice made with fresh spinach, beetroot, rosemary, ginger, and passion fruit.

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1 glass)
  • 1cup
    fresh spinach leaves
  • 1piece
    small beetroot, peeled and chopped
  • 1tbsp
    fresh rosemary leaves
  • 1in
    piece of ginger (tangawizi), peeled
  • 1piece
    passion fruit, halved
  • 2cups
    water
  • Honey or sweetener (optional, to taste)

How to make Healthy Anti inflammation Juice

  1. Wash the spinach and rosemary thoroughly. Peel and chop the beetroot and ginger. Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp.

  2. In a blender, combine the spinach, beetroot, rosemary, ginger, passion fruit pulp, and water. Blend until smooth.

  3. If you prefer a smoother juice, strain the mixture using a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove the pulp.

  4. Taste the juice and add honey or your preferred sweetener if desired. Blend again briefly to mix.

  5. Pour the juice into glasses and enjoy immediately!
