- 500gsugar

How to make Jam Roll Cake
Preheat your oven.
Mix 10 eggs and 500g of sugar well with a mixer until the mixture is creamy and triples in size.
Add the remaining 500g of sugar bit by bit and fold it in with your hand.
Butter your oven tray and add a baking sheet to the tray. Butter the baking sheet as well.
Pour your mixture into the buttered oven tray.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Apply your jam and roll the cake.
The cake is ready to serve.
