A light and fluffy jam roll cake, perfect for a sweet treat.

  • 10piece
    eggs
  • 500g
    sugar
  • 500g
    sugar
  • 1piece
    baking sheet
  • 1cup
    jam

How to make Jam Roll Cake

  1. Preheat your oven.

  2. Mix 10 eggs and 500g of sugar well with a mixer until the mixture is creamy and triples in size.

  3. Add the remaining 500g of sugar bit by bit and fold it in with your hand.

  4. Butter your oven tray and add a baking sheet to the tray. Butter the baking sheet as well.

  5. Pour your mixture into the buttered oven tray.

  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

  7. Apply your jam and roll the cake.

  8. The cake is ready to serve.

  1. Ensure the eggs and sugar mixture is well-beaten to achieve a light and fluffy texture.
