A traditional dessert made with roasted vermicelli, milk, and dry fruits, commonly prepared during Eid celebrations.

- 200gpure ghee
- 50gbadam (almonds)
- 50gcashew nuts
- 50gpista (pistachios)
- 50gchironji
- 100gfresh dates
- 200groasted sewiya (vermicelli)
- 200gkhova (condensed milk)
- 100gsugar
- 2000mLmilk
How to make Eid Special Sheerkurma
Boil the almonds, cashew nuts, and pistachios, then slice them.
Boil chironji and remove its outer cover.
Heat the ghee in a silver pot.
Fry the sliced nuts until golden and remove them.
Fry chironji and remove it.
Fry the roasted sewiya in the same ghee.
Add milk and sugar to the pot and bring it to a boil.
Add condensed milk and cook on a slow flame for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot with dry fruits toppings.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure to fry the nuts and sewiya on medium flame to avoid burning.
You can adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of sugar.
