For Mixing
- 150gButter/Margarine
- 100gSugar.
- 3pcs Eggs
- 1tspn Vanilla flavor
- 150gFlour
- 1tspn Baking powder
- 30gMilk
- Chocolate chips
How to make Moist Vanilla chocolate chips Cake
Method
In a bowl, mix Butter and Sugar. Beat with a hand mixer or a whisk until the mixture turns pale white
Add in eggs one at a time while mixing
Add the vanilla flavor
Sift flour and baking powder once or twice
Add the sifted flour and milk alternatively in the mixture and fold in with a wooden or plastic spatula
Add in the chocolate chips and mix
Prepare the baking tins and pour in the cake batter
Bake in the oven for 45mins or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted.
Oven temp (180 degrees Celsius)

Beat the sugar and butter for long. It's a tip to make your cake soft and airy
