How to make Jawas Garlic Chutney

  1. Step 1

    Dry roast the flaxseeds in a pan until they start to crackle and release a nutty aroma. Set aside to cool.

  2. Step 2

    In the same pan, dry roast the Baydgi Mirchi until they become crisp. Allow them to cool.

  3. Step 3

    Peel the garlic cloves and dry roast them as well.

  4. Step 4

    Grind the roasted flaxseeds, Baydgi Mirchi, garlic, salt, and red chilly powder together into a coarse powder using a blender or food processor.
