6 Servings

3 chicken fillets

  • 2
    tins of sweetcorn
  • Packet of chicken soup
  • Spring onions

How to make Chicken corn soup

Boil the chicken fillets and then shred them

  1. Add 850ml cold water to the chicken soup and bring to a boil. Once boiling add 2 cans of sweetcorn. Add shredded chicken fillets. Add chopped spring onions once ready to serve. Salt to taste.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Optional is to beat an egg and add while quickly stirring.
