Ingredients

3 chicken fillets
- 2tins of sweetcorn
- Packet of chicken soup
- Spring onions
How to make Chicken corn soup
Boil the chicken fillets and then shred them
Add 850ml cold water to the chicken soup and bring to a boil. Once boiling add 2 cans of sweetcorn. Add shredded chicken fillets. Add chopped spring onions once ready to serve. Salt to taste.
Tips & Tricks
Optional is to beat an egg and add while quickly stirring.
