Very quick and easy to make
Ingredients
5 Servings
(1 serving = 2 sticks depending on the length )
Churros dough
- 2cupsof water
- 4tbspbutter
- 4tbspof sugar
- 1/2ts salt
- 2cup½ flour
- 4eggs
- Cooking oil for frying
For coating
- 2tbspcinnamon
- 1cupof sugar
How to make CHURROS
- Put water on fire, add butter, sugar and salt.. mix together and simmer for a minute
- add sieved flour and stir to prevent lumps and make a dough (so as not to stick in the pan or ladle). put off fire
- crash eggs and mix gradually, prepare pipping bag with nozzle, collect dough
- heat oil and pipe dough gradually (cut with scissors when you get the length you want )
- mix sugar and cinnamon, coat churros and enjoy, it can be taken with any chocolate spread or milk dairy
