How to make Lobster Guacamole Crostini

  1. Step 1

Boil the lobster tail for 3-5 minutes, until the shell is completely red. Cool, remove from the shell, and chop.

  2. Step 2

Make the guacamole by mashing together the avocados, onion, grape tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro, and salt. Squeeze in lime juice, taste, and adjust seasoning if needed.

  3. Step 3

Fold in the chopped lobster into the guacamole, or leave it separate if preferred.

  4. Step 4

Make the garlic butter by melting the butter and black garlic in the microwave for 30 seconds at 50% power, adding 10 seconds at a time until melted. Whisk gently.

  5. Step 5

Build the crostini by spreading a teaspoon of guacamole on each slice of baguette, adding lobster on top, and drizzling with melted garlic butter.
