I absolutely LOVE a good ,soft and moist Chocolate Cake but the cake that are available in the market are mostly made with eggs so, I'm sharing this Chocolate Cake recipe that is eggless and at the same time it makes the cake very Soft and Moist so that you make this cake at your home which can be used in your kitchen as a sponge for a layered cake or as a simple tea cake.

Ingredients

  • 1cup
    Cocoa Powder
  • 1cup
    Hot water
  • 2tbsp
    Coffee
  • 3cup
    Powdered Sugar(Caster Sugar)
  • 1cup
    Oil
  • 2tbsp
    Vanilla Extract
  • 2cup
    Yogurt(Dahi)
  • 3cup
    All Purpose Flour
  • 2tsp
    Baking Powder
  • 1tsp
    Baking Soda
  • 2pinch
    Salt

Method

Batter

  1. Mix Cocoa powder and Hot Water mixed with coffee in a large mixing bowl (Mix till there are no lumps)

  1. Pre-Heat your oven at 180 Degree Celsius

  2. Now Transfer your bater in a baking pan

Tips & Tricks

  1. To determine whether your cake is ready and baked perfectly, You can take a knife and shove it into the cake if it comes out clean means your cake is ready
