The best Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- 200gunsalted butter
- 200gbest dark chocolate
- 85gplain flour
- 40gcocoa powder
- 50gmilk chocolate
- 3piecelarge eggs
- 275gcaster sugar
How to make The best Chocolate Brownies
Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Grease and line a 20cm square baking tin.
Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Stir occasionally until smooth.
Chop the white and milk chocolate into chunks.
Whisk the eggs and caster sugar together until thick and creamy.
Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and fold gently.
Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture and fold in gently.
Stir in the chocolate chunks.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and bake for 25 minutes or until the top is firm but the middle is still soft.
Tips & Tricks
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the tin before cutting for the best texture.
