A deliciously crunchy and crispy chicken recipe perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

6 Servings
(1 serving = piece)
  • 2kg
    Chicken Thighs, Drumsticks and Wings (pre-cooked)
  • 500mL
    Milk
  • 20mL
    Lemon Juice
  • 500g
    Cake Flour
  • 30mL
    Chicken Spice
  • 20mL
    Herbs (fresh or dry)
  • 5mL
    Salt
  • 5mL
    Pepper
  • 200mL
    Oil (for shallow frying)

How to make Crunchy but Crispy Chicken

  1. In a big bowl, add chicken and pour the milk mixture over it. Give it a good shake.

  2. In another bowl, mix cake flour, spices, herbs, salt, and pepper together.

  3. In a pan, heat up the oil on medium heat.

  4. Dip chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then fry in the hot pan until golden brown.

  5. Drizzle with fresh lemon juice.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Put the flour mix in a bag, then put the chicken in and give it a good shake.
