How to make No-Bake Two-Layer Fudge
- Step 1
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips, half of the condensed milk, and 2 tbsp of marshmallow crème over medium heat.

Spread the chocolate layer into a greased and lined pan. This will allow you to easily remove the fudge from the dish once it's set.
